Two-Floor Multi-Brand Luxury Watch Boutique Featuring Italian Stone & Curved Staircase

JRM Construction Management completed an 8,150-square-foot, two-floor Davidson & Licht jewelry store in Walnut Creek, CA, delivering a refined multi-brand luxury retail environment.

The boutique features an Italian stone façade and flooring, complemented by a full-height storefront curtainwall system that creates a bright and open customer experience. A standout architectural element is the curved stone staircase and matching curved stone wall, paired with glass railings and bronze detailing throughout the space.

The project also included a custom millwork package across both floors built to showcase multiple luxury jewelry and watch brands, along with two VIP rooms and two custom stone bars for elevated client experiences. Additional upgrades included a full new HVAC system, upgraded restrooms, custom signage, decorative lighting, and enhanced security features integrated throughout the store.
