New Auto Showroom & Service Center For Electric Vehicle Manufacturer

JRM Construction Management completed a 27,020 square-foot showroom and service center for Lucid Motors in San Diego, creating a facility that combines multiple operational spaces for the electric vehicle manufacturer.

Exterior work included grading and repaving the rear lot, installing EV charging totems with new footings, and upgrading ADA parking stalls. JRM also constructed a new wash bay with trench drains and drive-over barriers and completed additional site improvements.

Interior upgrades included creating a new vehicle display opening in the sales area, installing polished concrete flooring, new rooftop HVAC units, and all-new lighting throughout the space. JRM also installed cabinetry and countertops across departments, breakroom appliances, completed restroom upgrades, and installed new carpet and paint in the sales area.

Additional infrastructure included upgrading the fire riser, installing a parts department shutter, and providing accommodations for a battery storage container with new fire alarm and detection systems, supporting Lucid’s vehicle sales, service, and charging operations.
