Brand-Forward Store For Western Footwear & Accessories Retailer

JRM Construction Management completed the build-out of Tecovas’ new retail store in Sacramento, CA, delivering a space that captures the brand’s signature Western-inspired identity with a modern edge. Working in collaboration with Generis Collective and IA Interior Architects, JRM created a refined industrial retail environment that blends craftsmanship with functionality.

The store features an open-ceiling concept with exposed HVAC and MEP systems, complemented by polished concrete floors, for an authentic, rugged aesthetic. Custom millwork niches with tile accents showcase merchandise, while textured plaster and cement wall finishes add depth throughout the space.

Distinctive elements, including a custom art wall, neon signage, a boot-shine station, and a hat steamer, enhance the in-store experience and bring Tecovas’ brand story to life. The completed project reflects JRM’s expertise in delivering immersive retail environments tailored to each brand’s unique identity.
