JRM Construction Management completed the build-out of a confidential client’s expansive new headquarters at the iconic 2 Manhattan West tower in New York City. Spanning over 480,000 square feet, the project delivers a world-class workplace comprising high-end offices, advanced meeting spaces, and a wide range of premium amenities tailored to the needs of a leading global law firm.

The headquarters features two striking interconnecting staircases, along with refined reception areas and elevator lobbies finished with luxurious materials. Private offices and conference rooms with full AV capabilities are thoughtfully arranged throughout, offering sweeping skyline views. Amenity spaces include a large cafeteria, multiple coffee lounges, a study lounge, and a clubhouse-style multipurpose venue equipped for large-scale meetings and presentations.
