JRM Construction Management completed a transformative 22,000 SF venue for Convene at 30 Hudson Yards, delivering a dynamic, hospitality-driven environment for meetings, events, and flexible workspace. Partnering with Woods Bagot, JRM executed the project in two phases: first demolishing portions of the existing floor, including a double-height auditorium to establish a new layout, then building out an elegant reception and a versatile public assembly area enhanced with operable Skyfold partitions.

The result is a state-of-the-art space built for flexibility, functionality, and style, capable of hosting everything from casual meetings to large-scale corporate events.
