Specialty School For Adolescents Suffering From Brain Injuries & Disorders

JRM Construction Management completed work on a project for YAI International Academy of Hope (iHope), a specialty school that serves children, adolescents, and young adults from ages 5-21 years old who have sustained brain injuries or other brain-related disorders.

The new specialty school located at 825 7th Ave in New York City includes a stunning new ground floor lobby and fully equipped classroom facilities across six floors. The space also features computer labs, a dining area, state-of-the-art conferencing centers, and faculty offices.

JRM also ensured that the new facilities were ADA compliant and managed the installation of a brand new feature pool room. The build-out entailed raised flooring, ramps, floor finishes in the pool room and pool equipment room, and the installation of steel for pool support at the subcellar.
