JRM Construction West completed the renovation of VaynerMedia’s corporate offices in Los Angeles, CA. The JRM team collaborated with Wolcott architecture and AMA engineering to deliver upgrades to the 20,000 SF space. The JRM team also worked closely with VaynerMedia to ensure organization throughout the 13-week renovation period.
JRM’s scope of work included the installation of high-end fixtures throughout the floor, large glass conference room doors, electrical connections, exposed MEP lighting in the ceiling with a detailed layout at 35 feet above the finished floor as well as connecting the existing light system to the upgraded nLight lighting control system.
The JRM team also tested all desks and conference tables to ensure they were connected to the main server. Other upgrades to the office space included furnishing and installing large stone tops in the kitchen area, and polished concrete finishes throughout the entire space.
