JRM Construction Management is proud to have partnered again with Randa Apparel & Accessories, one of the world’s largest fashion manufacturers and distributors with a portfolio of over 60 brands spanning 15 countries, to deliver a modern office and showroom space at 420 Fifth Avenue in New York City.

This sophisticated, single-floor build-out features dedicated showrooms for apparel and accessories, a state-of-the-art design studio, a media room, and efficient workspace areas. Additionally, JRM coordinated comprehensive core restroom and ADA-compliant restroom installations, as well as goods storage and shipping areas, and facilitated the replacement of substantial 80-ton AC units with the building management.

This project builds on a longstanding partnership, showcasing JRM’s expertise in delivering tailored spaces that enhance functionality, brand presentation, and operational efficiency for global fashion industry leaders.
