JRM Construction West completed work on digital marketing and consumer insight firm Prodege’s new headquarters located in 2030 East Maple Ave, an Atlas Capital Group property in El Segundo, CA.
The renovations for Prodege’s space spanned across over 22,000 SF on the first level and 7,000 SF on the mezzanine. The new space features a sleek industrial design with general and private offices, an employee wellness room, mother’s room, focus areas, state-of-the-art conference rooms, a new reception area, and lounge seating.
JRM has collaborated with full-service real estate investment, development, and development firm, Atlas Capital Group on a number of projects. At their 2030 East Maple Ave property, JRM was also tapped to complete work on the Maple Spec Suite. This was a 32,000 SF interior build-out housing commercial office space over a complete floor.
The newly renovated space features modern open work areas, private offices, conference rooms with full audio/video capabilities, new restrooms, and breakout meeting areas. Additionally, JRM performed exterior improvements including facade enhancements, new entry doors, and glazing.
