JRM Construction West completed multiple retail construction projects at Palm Springs International Airport in Palm Springs, California, showcasing our extensive expertise in aviation-related construction. Our work includes The Pink Door, a stylish 600 SF pre-security coffee shop designed to create an inviting atmosphere consistent with its distinctive brand identity; Las Palmas Oasis, a 1,860 SF build-out featuring brand-aligned finishes that elevate the traveler’s shopping experience; and iHeart PSP, a dynamic retail vending area strategically located on the Sonny Bono Concourse to engage airport passengers.

Additional projects include Hey Joshua, a tailored 480 SF retail space incorporating specialized millwork fixtures, updated flooring, and electrical enhancements; InMotion, a 480 SF electronics-focused retail environment; and Uptown Essentials, a 1,395 SF retail tenant improvement thoughtfully executed with cohesive finishes throughout.
