Polished Retail and Tasting Environment for a Premium Coffee Brand

JRM Construction Management completed a 2,235-square-foot tenant improvement for Nespresso at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles, CA, in collaboration with Valerio, ACIES Engineering, and Ludwig Structural Consulting.

The project features a new structural storefront with oversized glass and a tile façade, creating a prominent entrance to the high-end sales area. Interior construction included full-height walls with tight-radius curves, curved gypsum board ceilings, plaster finishes throughout the front-of-house, and carefully integrated lighting fixtures.

A coffee bar with select commercial kitchen equipment was also constructed, with new front-of-house plumbing supporting operational coffee makers and product demonstrations. The combination of specialty finishes, complex curved construction, and integrated building systems creates a polished setting for Nespresso’s retail and tasting experience.
