New Retail Boutique For Luxury Italian Fashion House In South Coast Plaza

JRM Construction West completed the build-out of a new retail boutique for Italian luxury fashion house Missoni in the South Coast Plaza shopping center.

The meticulously designed boutique boasts a visually stunning sales floor, thoughtfully equipped with fitting rooms, a vestibule, and essential back-of-house support spaces. These support areas include a stockroom, shipping area, manager’s office, kitchen, and restrooms. Custom back-of-house shelving was also crafted to provide an efficient solution for storing merchandise inventory.

JRM installed high-quality finishes throughout the boutique while working closely with Missoni’s Italian millworkers. The space features new ceramic and concrete flooring, and a stunning storefront system with custom Missoni signage. MEP systems were also upgraded to support the boutique’s operations.

In a demonstration of swift problem-solving, JRM coordinated late-stage changes to the bathroom layout. Through decisive action, the team worked closely with the building department and project team to meet critical deadlines for turnover.
