Renovated Facade & Marquee For Historic Samuel J. Friedman Theatre

JRM Construction Management completed a renovation project for the Manhattan Theatre Club’s Samuel J. Friedman Theatre at 261 West 47th Street in New York. JRM led construction efforts on this EDC-funded project, which included the complete renovation and rehabilitation of the current façade and marquee for this historic theater in the heart of Broadway.

Initially opened in 1925 as the Biltmore Theatre, this historic space has seen some of the most famous shows in Broadway history play to its audiences. As it approaches its 100-year anniversary, JRM ensured that its design meets modern standards for the next century of audiences to come.
