Multiple High-Traffic Store Locations For Clothing Retailer

JRM Construction West completed the interior build-out of the Lacoste store located at the Westfield Valley Fair Mall. The 1,740 SF remodel included the installation of high-end finishes and lighting system upgrades such as Reggiani lighting, Lutron dimmers, FLX millwork lighting, Armstrong VCT, iSens diffusers, and Cypres Le Soles engineered wood flooring. JRM worked collaboratively with the electrical, millwork, and drivers to ensure the proper delivery of materials and seamless tandem installation of lighting and millwork upgrades.

Additionally, JRM West completed Lacoste’s new retail store in the Forum Shops at Caesars in Las Vegas, NV. The project encompassed an interior fit-out of a demised space within the existing retail shopping center, including new partitions, lighting, and electrical fixtures, as well as millwork and furniture. JRM modified the HVAC and sprinkler systems along with constructing a new storefront. The new space features fitting rooms, a manager’s desk, ADA restrooms, fitting rooms, and a sales floor.
