Quick Service Restaurant For Coffee & Juice Chain In Downtown Culver City

JRM Construction Management built-out a new location for coffee and juice chain Joe & The Juice in the heart of Downtown Culver City. Working closely with Architect TAG Design Works and MWQ Engineering, the project transformed the space into a vibrant destination focused on speed, efficiency, and brand-forward aesthetics.

The scope included installation of a new commercial kitchen, requiring major trenching and extensive new plumbing infrastructure to support pre-prepared food operations. The build-out also featured a comprehensive millwork package, renovated restrooms, and a new lighting system that enhances functionality and customer experience. Through strong coordination and execution, JRM successfully delivered a high-energy retail environment aligned with Joe & The Juice’s urban footprint.
