Modern New Offices For International Sovereign Wealth Fund

JRM Construction Management completed a stunning 50,000 SF interior fit-out for an international sovereign wealth fund located in New York City.

The new high-end space features a new reception area with guest seating and coat closet, a new elevator lobby, private offices along the perimeter, open workstations, trading desks, numerous collaboration spaces, and a state-of-the-art conference center with a retractable wall system.

JRM also built out a new cafe with a custom ceiling, and a secure technology and IDF room to house the firm’s servers.
