Penthouse Offices For Luxury Boutique WPP Marketing Agency

JRM Construction Management completed the interior build-out of Hudson Rouge’s new penthouse office located at 257 Park Avenue. Hudson Rouge is a luxury boutique marketing agency and a part of global marketing firm WPP. JRM constructed an open-plan office for the firm that fosters collaboration and creativity.

The office features numerous break-out meeting areas, conference rooms with full audio/video capabilities, a new reception area, and a stunning rooftop garden with views of the Manhattan skyline. In addition, the project included all new MEP systems and an IT room to support the agency’s operations.
