New High-End Corporate Offices For Leading National Furniture Dealer

JRM Construction Management completed work on a project for EvensonBest, one of the largest furniture dealers in North America.

The project encompassed the build-out of their new 16,000 SF corporate offices located at 55 5th Avenue in New York City. The new space features sleek glass front offices, high-end millwork details, Corian and Veneer paneling, fully renovated bathrooms with tile and stone tops, and a new employee café.

Acoustic elements were incorporated throughout, including cloud baffles, Baswaphon, and Sonakrete. JRM also fully upgraded the mechanical, electrical, and lighting systems to support EvensonBest’s operations.
