Café Concept In Shops At Hudson Yards For Renowned Italian Market

JRM Construction Management is proud to have partnered with Eataly on a series of distinctive design-build projects, including a new café at the Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards, 20 Hudson Yards in New York City. In collaboration with Mancini Duffy and Rock Brook Engineering, JRM transformed approximately 2,500 SF into a compact-format café featuring a grab-and-go counter, curated seating, and authentic Italian offerings.

This project is part of Eataly’s strategic expansion into smaller-format concepts, developed to complement its larger marketplaces and set the stage for future nationwide and international rollouts. Reflecting JRM’s expertise in design-build delivery, the Hudson Yards café captures Eataly’s signature Italian charm while blending functionality, efficiency, and style in one of New York’s most dynamic retail destinations.
