JRM Construction Management completed core and shell work on Dahlia Upper West Side, a luxury condominium located at 212 West 95th Street. JRM worked closely with RKTB architects and CetraRuddy to construct this 20-story, $50M, 100,000 SF luxury condo building for developer United Management. The complex comprises 38 residences with several units and penthouses featuring duplex and triplex staircases.
The luxury development offers a full range of on-site amenities, including a 5,100 SF elevated terrace with a lounge area for adults and a play structure for kids, a music room, a state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga studio, an attended lobby, a children’s playroom, a game/tween room, a pet spa, storage, and on-site parking garage.
Manufactured by Porcelanosa, the sophisticated façade includes an elegant rainscreen to elevate the building’s design. Decorative window designs were incorporated, varying from angled windows, window walls, and curtain walls. All apartment interiors feature high-end finishes throughout, including marble bathrooms, wide plank oak floors, imported Italian kitchen cabinets, Calacatta Novus quartz trims, white quartz countertops, integrated Bosch appliances, and polished chrome Watermark fixtures. Additionally, the building’s mechanical system allows for year-round cooling and heating.
