New Jersey Office Celebrates One Year of Business

JRM Construction Management is proud to announce the one-year anniversary of its Parsippany, New Jersey branch. The 6 Campus Drive location is one of three JRM offices, which officially opened for business in September 2015. It is being run under the leadership of Craig Plescia, Principal/Project Director.

A Central Hub for JRM’s New Jersey Clientele

Offering construction management, general contracting, and design-build services for nearly a decade, JRM Partners David G. McWilliams, Joseph P. Romano and Jim Connolly recognized the need for a new branch that would be more convenient for their growing number of New Jersey-based projects and clients. Since the New York City-based company’s inception in 2007, JRM has completed approximately $125 million of construction work in New Jersey before the new office’s opening last year. The centralized location allows the staff to be in closer proximity to clients and projects and expand the services offered in the area.

The young branch already has several notable projects underway, including a leading professional sports association’s headquarters located in Secaucus, NJ. The project involved fitting out office spaces, pantries and security command centers, as well as incorporating the association’s branding. JRM New Jersey has also been awarded projects by Medidata and Ogilvy CommonHealth, among others.

“The New Jersey branch is a result of 10 years of excellence by JRM’s New York City team,” Plescia said, who is responsible for ensuring all construction assignments are executed and completed successfully. “We’re excited to offer our services to a wider range of businesses while expanding upon the company’s record of success.”
