JRM’s Chief Operating Officer David B. McWilliams was recently honored at the 7th Annual Smile Farms Inc. Golf Outing for his long-time efforts in support of the organization’s mission. David brought over 100 new supporters into the Smile Farms family and raised $150,000 for their farmers.

Smile Farms is a nonprofit leader in creating solutions for the problem of unemployment among young adults and adults with developmental disabilities. The organization provides meaningful work opportunities at farms, urban gardens, greenhouses, and farm stands for these women and men, where they can grow and sell flowers, plants and produce in their local communities.  They are able to experience the satisfaction of mastering new skills, and the pleasure of contributing to their team and community.
