New Rochelle, NY Professional Women in Construction (PWC) hosted their 26th Annual Golf Outing at Wykagyl Country Club on June 25th. With 128 golfers and 36 clinic attendees, the outing overall was a success.

The shot gun start for the foursomes was at 12:30 p.m. The weather was beautiful as the golfers made their way around the course. This year, Broken Bow Brewery, a woman-owned and operated business, sponsored the beer tasting on the course, which was an added benefit to golfers.

The clinic was from 3 – 5 p.m., while the golfers were out on the course. The first clinic was in 2016 with 12 new golfers in attendance, and has since become a big success. The pros set up three stations for the new golfers to learn the game, which covered driving and irons, chipping, and putting.

At 5 p.m., all golfers (foursomes and clinic goers) retreated to the terrace for a cocktail hour followed by dinner. A raffle closed up the night as a fundraiser for the PWC Scholarship Program.

The dinner sponsor was Johnson Controls, the cocktail hour sponsor was JRM Construction Management, the clinic sponsors were Intrinsic Technology Group, Navillus, and Skanska. Hole sponsorships were Levien & Company, Siemens, JFK&M, A Esteban & Company, Pullman, Knight Electrical Services, Superior Acoustics, Misa Plumbing, Godsell Construction Corp, Absolute Electrical Contracting, DGM Industries Inc.
