JRM Construction Management is completing work on a new project for 1-800 Flowers located at 2 Jericho Plaza in Long Island, NY. 1-800 Flowers is a floral and foods gift retailer and distribution company. The build-out for the floral and food gifts retailer will include open work areas, private offices, numerous conference rooms, breakout areas, and a tech lounge, along with areas for vendor relations, merchandising, and real estate. The project also features a floor-to-ceiling glass-front reception area, a new lounge, pantry, wellness room, photo studio, mailroom, restrooms, storage space, as well as a boardroom with its own dedicated pantry.
