JRM Completes Major Renovation At 92nd Street Y On Manhattan’s Upper East Side

The initial phase of the transformative renovation and expansion project at Manhattan’s iconic 92nd Street Y has concluded. Spearheaded by Beyer Blinder Belle architects, the project has revitalized four floors of cultural space within the historic building. Alongside this renewal, the institution has unveiled its new identity as 92NY. Notable enhancements encompass a modernized performance venue, Buttenweiser Hall, featuring cutting-edge theater facilities, stadium seating, and a dance studio. The renovation also extends to upgraded gym facilities, including a 75-foot indoor lap pool. Collaborators such as Tillotson Design Associates and JRM Construction Management contributed to this milestone achievement.
