JRM Construction Management LLC announced Nov. 21 it was retained by the company as a general contractor, overseeing multiple projects at the facility.

According to the construction management and general contracting firm, the work is being done in phases to permit ongoing operations. In addition to Ferrari, JRM said it is collaborating with architect Environetics Group Architects on the work.

Based in New York City, JRM has New Jersey offices in Carlstadt. ENV has a Garden State location in Englewood Cliffs.
