JRM Construction Management (JRM) is pleased to announce that the company has completed the renovation of Lavazza’s corporate office space at 120 Wall Street in Manhattan’s Financial District. The JRM team, led by Marc Reissman, Principal, included Gerald Flamio, Project Director; Vincent Valente, Project Manager; and Mark Cammarata, Project Estimator, who all worked closely with New York-based architecture firm Montroy Anderson DeMarco and engineering firm MGE to deliver the interior fitout.

JRM worked collaboratively with Lavazza, a leading manufacturer of Italian coffee, Montroy Anderson DeMarco and MGE to build an open-concept layout over the course of a 13-week period. The new space features custom designs, including a cloud ceiling, hardwood flooring and a state-of-the-art Lutron lighting system.

JRM installed custom light fixtures from Italy (designed to appear as if they are running between the clouds) and custom Italian metal and glass offices, as well as specialty Italian millwork and workstations. The hardwood flooring features pre-finished oak with islands of maple tongue and groove hardwood, adding a classic touch to the modern space.

“The JRM team is honored to have been able to deliver an office space to Lavazza that is reflective of their leading company culture and deep industry heritage,” said Marc Reissman. “We look forward to watching the company’s continued success in their new space.”
