Labs & Work Areas For Leading Flavoring & Fragrance Ingredient Manufacturer

JRM Construction Management completed work on a project for Givaudan in Cranbury, NJ. Givaudan is a Swiss manufacturer of flavors, fragrances, and active cosmetic ingredients and is one of the world’s largest companies in the flavor and fragrance industries. The two-floor, 30,000 SF project located at 3000 Eastpark Boulevard features laboratories with flavor compounding, flavor reactors, and application labs.

JRM constructed new offices, storage space, multiple collaboration areas, walk-in refrigerators and freezers, a quick-service restaurant kitchen, a pantry, and a reception area. Additionally, JRM renovated restrooms and corridors, relocated fume hoods and connections, upgraded and refinished lab casework, and installed new mechanical systems, including additional ventilation.
