Refined Luxury Retail Boutique At The Royal Poinciana Plaza In Palm Beach

JRM Construction Management completed a 3,620-square-foot Bottega Veneta boutique at Royal Poinciana in Palm Beach, in collaboration with TH3 and ONM&J Structural Engineers.

The luxury retail build-out features custom millwork in rich finishes, Italian terrazzo flooring throughout, and glass privacy doors. A dedicated private VIC suite and fitting room provides an intimate setting for personalized client appointments and elevated service.

The project also incorporated LEED-focused construction practices and sustainability measures to support long-term efficiency and environmental performance, bringing together detailed craftsmanship, specialty materials, and sustainable construction within one of Palm Beach’s premier luxury shopping destinations.
