JPMorgan Chase Global Headquarters: 10 Impressive Interior Highlights
Since opening in late 2025, JPMorgan Chase’s new headquarters at 270 Park Avenue in New York City has stood as a bold reimagining of what corporate space can be. It was designed by Foster + Partners and brought to life by our team of construction experts at JRM Construction Management.
This new JPMorgan office isn’t just an office — it’s a workplace of the future. Spanning more than 1.3 million square feet of interior space across 28 floors, JRM’s build-out supports the day-to-day needs of 10,000 employees with precision, high-tech integration and a focus on well-being.
From collaborative work environments to wellness centers and state-of-the-art technology hubs, here are the top 10 interior spaces that make JPMorgan Chase’s new headquarters remarkable.
1. Seamless Collaboration
Stepping inside the new JPMorgan building, visitors and employees are greeted by meticulously crafted interiors. While the impressive lobby was delivered by Tishman Construction, the core and shell contractor that built the skyscraper, JRM Construction Management was responsible for the build-out of all the building’s other impressive interiors.
From a construction perspective, this extensive undertaking demanded seamless collaboration between JRM and Tishman, ensuring every detail — finishes, lighting and structural integration — created cohesive and impressive environments. Our teams worked in close partnership, demonstrating the precision and coordination that we’re known for at JRM Construction Management.
2. Trading Floors
A hallmark of any major financial firm, the expansive trading floors at 270 Park Avenue are designed for speed, collaboration and clarity. Eight of these floors accommodate rows of desks outfitted with ergonomic planning, creating environments where teams can stay connected.
3. The Exchange
Above the trading floors lies the Exchange, a triple-height multifunctional hub designed for dining, social interaction and large gatherings. This space serves as the social heartbeat of the building, providing cafes, seating areas and flexible meeting zones. What makes the construction unique is the structural openness and seamless connection between levels.
4. Premium Conference Centers
On the upper levels, JPMorgan’s new HQ houses premium conference centers with panoramic views of the city skyline. Equipped with cutting-edge technology and flexible layouts, these spaces support everything from board meetings to global client presentations.
Our work involved precision finishes and concealed infrastructure for AV systems, ensuring each space delivers a polished and professional environment.
5. Corporate Dining and Hospitality Spaces
Gone are the days when corporate cafeterias were afterthoughts. In this new JPMorgan office, employees can enjoy a world-class food hall featuring 19 restaurants, cafés and even an Irish pub named Morgan’s. These hospitality spaces feel more like high-end destinations than lunchrooms.
From custom kitchen systems to curated seating arrangements, the interior construction brought in by our team intentionally blends culinary functionality with design.
6. Health and Wellness Center
A standout feature in JPMorgan Chase’s new headquarters is the wellness and fitness zone. This center includes state-of-the-art gym equipment, recovery spaces, group fitness studios, locker rooms and consultation areas for physical and mental well-being.
The construction challenge here was creating a seamless balance between mechanical systems, sound isolation and durable finishes. These are critical factors in ensuring fitness and wellness areas feel both premium and practical.
7. Meditation and Quiet Rooms
Acknowledging the importance of mindfulness in the workplace, the new JPMorgan HQ offers dedicated spaces for meditation and quiet reflection. The interior construction emphasizes acoustics, natural materials and soft lighting to cultivate calm environments.
8. Modern Mothers’ Rooms
Designated spaces for working mothers provide privacy and comfort. These spaces showcase thoughtful planning in converting corporate interiors into supportive environments.
Incorporating specialized mechanical systems and custom amenities, JRM’s construction ensured these rooms meet corporate standards while remaining welcoming and comfortable.
9. Smart Technology Zones
Throughout the headquarters, advanced technology enhances the employee experience. Executing this level of smart integration required a sophisticated interior construction approach. One where wiring, sensor arrays and network systems are seamlessly embedded without detracting from aesthetics or space usability.
10. Art and Visual Installations
The JPMorgan Chase global headquarters doubles as a cultural showcase. From commissioned artworks to kinetic installations near elevator banks, the interior design integrates art into daily work life.
Working with artists and fabricators, we ensured plumbing, lighting and display systems were precisely aligned to support these artistic elements while maintaining structural integrity.
