Flagship Concept Store For Global Fashion Retailer At The Grove LA

JRM Construction West completed Zara’s new flagship store at The Grove shopping center in Los Angeles, marking the West Coast debut of the brand’s distinctive custom design concept. This sophisticated retail space features high-end elements that connect the two levels, including two new elevators, a modern escalator, and an elegant Botticino marble staircase, complemented by matching marble flooring throughout.

JRM executed an extensive millwork package and applied refined Marmorino plaster finishes throughout the store’s interior, creating an elevated shopping experience. Externally, the striking new façade features a dramatic curved glass curtain wall at the main entrance, significantly enhancing Zara’s architectural presence at The Grove. This project showcases JRM’s ability to deliver meticulously crafted, high-profile retail environments for leading global brands.
