JRM Construction West completed a luxurious new flagship store for iconic retailer Delvaux at the prestigious South Coast Plaza shopping center in Costa Mesa, California. Marking Delvaux’s second flagship location in the U.S., this elegant retail space embodies the brand’s legacy of fine craftsmanship and refined sophistication.

In collaboration with client representative Isabelle Cappuccio, architect Ware Malcomb, and engineers Alpha Tech and KPFF, JRM delivered distinctive elements, including a custom millwork breeze-block entry, bespoke Italian furniture and millwork, and an elegant signature cabinet at the bar area. A striking custom paravent serves as the central focal piece, highlighting the store’s unique aesthetic.

Overcoming complex logistics involved in sourcing and installing these custom elements, JRM maintained constant communication with international partners, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and seamless project execution. This flagship store exemplifies JRM’s commitment to excellence and expertise in creating sophisticated, high-end retail environments.
