JRM Construction West completed a stunning new boutique for French luxury fashion retailer Balmain in the South Coast Plaza shopping center in Costa Mesa, California. This innovative project, a collaboration with Christian Lahoude Studio and Lam + Tea Engineering, sets a new standard in luxury retail design.
The Balmain store features exquisite custom millwork, backlit fixtures, and a distinctive animated display window with programmable LED fixtures and fluted glass panels. A standout element is the 3” thick self-leveling concrete floor, blending durability with sleek design. JRM’s team worked tirelessly, coordinating with various vendors, and extending work hours to ensure a timely and exceptional completion.
