JRM Construction Management, LLC is committed to continuing to build with “integrity and a conscience” and as such JRM has established its newest division, JRM LEEDers. We are committed, as building professionals, to learn, implement and comply with the philosophies, concepts and practices instilled by the U.S. Green Building Council and LEED Requirements.

JRM LEEDers is comprised of a team of LEED Accredited Professionals who believe that building high-performance and sustainable spaces will further reinforce a healthy eco-system to our clients, their staff members and their surrounding communities.

The philosophies, concepts and practices of environmentally sustainable spaces are reinforced by JRM Construction Management on a daily basis. We pride ourselves in working together as a team with all project team members, to ensure that all of their Green/LEED goals are achieved and accomplished. Our team of LEED Professionals ensure that we assist our client/project team member with all of the required paperwork, resources and processes required from the “Contractor’s Side”. We also demand adherence of these same goals and are continually educating our subcontractors to recycle and utilize eco-friendly materials and systems wherever and whenever possible.
